Success started as four friends playing in separate bands, who shared common views on how a band should be run. Hard work, positivity and determination. Success formed around seven years ago with simple goals, tour as much as you can, help as many touring bands as you can, and if all else fails, do it yourself. They have honed their sound into a progressive form of driving, motivating, and catchy punk rock and roll. Their lyrics are sincere and honest. Their songs are powerful and unique. The only thing more impressive than their live show, are their humble personalities and positively motivated attitudes. With countless non-stop touring shows, and constant local support shows for touring bands, they have shared the stage with such bands as Lucero, Off With Their Heads, Banner Pilot, The Beat, The Lawrance Arms, Nothington, The Copyrights, Dead To Me, Broadway Calls, The Briggs, Stiff Little Fingers, Dear Landlord, Red City Radio, American Steel, Tiltwheel, Cheap Girls, The Cobra Skulls, Spanish Gamble, The Real Mckenzies, Make Do And Mend, and many others. They sold 3000 copies of their first record on their own, and all 1000 copies of their 7in. All without distribution. Only with hard work from the members, and growing word of mouth.

"The band is following up last year's full length, We Are the Elitist Generation, with a 10" that features four new songs of spunky and life-affirming skate pop, plus a cover of "Two Princes" by The Spin Doctors. Lord knows why, but it's pretty fun. Prior to that, there's also a re-worked, full band version of the previously-acoustic song "Hearts of Gold." I still like the original's sense of laid-bare honesty and simple orchestration but, with the rest of Success behind him, singer Rev. Peters sounds less like he's searching and more like he has found what he's looking for." - For The Love of Punk
"From basements to bars across America, SUCCESS has been belting out their catchy anthems and Gainesville style sing-alongs, captivating audiences with their positive message and feel good sound." - AMP Magazine
"I've said it before in these very pages and I will say it again: Releases like this one reaffirm my faith in the ol' punk rock. ..." - Razorcake.org
"Sometimes a band come out of nowhere and hit you with a record that, whilst maybe not mind blowing, actually provides an enjoyable listening experience and Success have managed to do that with me. I was pointed in the direction of the band by a friend who is quite often picky about what he likes, so I knew he wouldn't recommend anything that was a waste of my time and I was right." - Punknews.org
